Lezlee Bertie, and her Mom, Kathy Johnson caught this 15.5 inch crappie on New Years Eve night. It was her first fish caught through the ice, as well as her first time ice fishing. It was caught near the Detroit Lakes area. The crappie weighed approximately 2lbs.

  • Corey is a 5yr old from Pillager, MN. He was crappie fishing with his little brother and dad when he caught this monster! We snapped a few pics and released her.

  • James Daniel Bergstedt, age 8, on his first trip to the Boundary Waters with his Dad, Gramps, and a slew of Uncles managed to catch the biggest fish of the trip...a 40 inch Northern with a 20 inch girth. His smile says it all!
