Kayak, canoe club to paddle Otter Tail

The Otter Tail River Kayak/Canoe Club will be paddling a 6-mile section of the river from Otter Tail Lake to the Phelps Mill on Saturday. Participants should meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Otter Tail Lake public water access along County Highway 72. Vehicles will be shuttled to a spot near Phelps Mill and then return to launch vessels at about 10 a.m. from river mile 93 at Otter Tail Lake.

The Otter Tail River Kayak/Canoe Club will be paddling a 6-mile section of the river from Otter Tail Lake to the Phelps Mill on Saturday. Participants should meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Otter Tail Lake public water access along County Highway 72. The club is free and open to all levels of experience to promote the enjoyment of the Otter Tail River. Rental canoes are available with advance notice.
