Here it is.
Episode 1 of Northland Outdoors Television.
Our first episode explores Minnesota’s tradition of the fishing opener. Opening day stories from anglers across the state, including the 69th Annual Governor’s Fishing Opener in McGregor. We’ll even try to catch one of those tasty walleyes with guide Eric Holm.
Then we tell the very interesting story of Hank Ebert. Hank survived 4 years serving our country in Vietnam only to be involved in a serious accident right after he came back. It’s affected him in a major way but it hasn’t kept him from guiding with the legendary Nisswa Guides League for 40 years. Can Hank put us on some walleyes? Hear his story and see how we do on this week’s show.
Shows will be available on our website after they are broadcast across our tv networks. Feel free to share this with your friends!
COMING UP: Episode 2 explores the “Mille Lacs Mystery.” What happened with the walleye population? How did we get here? What is being done about it? What does the future hold? Tune in this week to find out.
